Basher is a highly regarded New Orleans-based "free jazz party band" that blends punk rock energy, danceable grooves, and avant-garde electronic textures. Founded and led by saxophonist/composer Byron Asher, the instrumental group features dual drum kits, synths, and two saxophones.
